Equality and Cohesion Charter
Islington's Equality and Cohesion Charter sets out commitments to eliminate discrimination and promote equality and good relationships between individuals and communities in the borough. The Charter expresses values which are shared by the Islington Strategic Partnership. In practice this means that the Council, its partners and contractors will work together to make sure that all Islington residents receive good services and that special efforts are made to encourage and support staff and residents that have additional needs.
