Community trigger form
The Community Trigger gives victims of persistent anti-social behaviour (ASB) the right to ask for a multi-agency review of their case. Use this form to request a Community trigger if you have reported three separate anti-social behaviour incidents within the last six months.
The Community trigger must be submitted within a month of the last incident, and where it is considered that ‘no action’ has been taken.
