Family Information Service

Islington Family Information Service (FIS) gives free, impartial information, advice and guidance about services for children, young people and families in Islington.

You can contact the FIS helpline on 020 7527 5959. The helpline is open from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Outside those times you can leave a message and we will get back to you. You can also email fis@islington.gov.uk

Use the links on the left to find and print our information. There are also links to other websites offering useful information for families.

Staff can also meet you face-to-face at Children’s Services, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR, between 10am and 4pm, or you can look out for us at the many outreach events we attend in Islington.
