The Wells Centre offers courses in information technology, business administration and childcare training. You have to be over 18 and have been unemployed for over six months. You also have to live in Islington.

The Factory offers courses to the long term unemployed, refugees and single parents. Courses include NVQ childcare (level 2), computer courses, GCSE English, English as a second language (ESOL), literacy, motivational workshop, music workshops and a homework club. A creche facility is also available.

North London Garage Group (NLGGTA) are a 'not for profit' organisation who provide access to training for young people aged 16 to 23 years. This culminates in the award of NVQ's in a range of motor industry areas.
