Application forms for the Licensing Act are now available. Applications for new Personal Licences, Premises Licences and Club Certificates, plus guidance may be viewed, downloaded and printed by selecting their relevant links in the navigation list on the left.
Please note that it is no longer possible to submit applications to convert existing licences and certificates. Completed application forms and all relevant accompanying documents should be submitted to the Licensing Service.
