Make Sure You Receive All Your Benefits

Did you know that every year millions of pounds worth of benefits go unclaimed? If you or your partner are over 60, we can help you claim and receive what you are entitled to.

Our new service offers you one-to-one support and help in claiming different benefits and allowances, all from the comfort of your home.

We can help you claim:

  • pension credit
  • council tax benefit
  • attendance allowance
  • disability living allowance
  • housing benefit
  • other related benefits

We can provide you with:

  • benefits advice and information
  • a benefits check
  • a home visit and help with all the paperwork and for pension credit even make a telephone call claim on your behalf

We can also contact other services on your behalf, such as Taxicard, Blue Badge parking, Home Fire Safety Checks and the Safe and Warm scheme.

Benefits changes 2011
