The Freedom of Information Act gives any member of the public access to information held by us. Instead of only releasing information on a 'need to know' basis, public authorities are required to provide ANY information requested, unless there is a very good reason not to (exempt information). a detailed description of the information that you would like. The more accurately you describe the information you need, the more effectively we can respond to your request
we would also be grateful if you could provide us with a contact telephone number, but this is optional
