Information on election results

  • General elections

    In a general election, you can vote for one Member of Parliament (MP) to represent your area – or constituency – in the House of Commons.

  • Local council elections

    At local council elections, you vote for the councillors you want to run your local services.

  • Mayoral and GLA elections

    The Mayor of London is accountable for the strategic government of London. The GLA examines the Mayor's decisions. The next elections are in May 2024.
