These include:
The council funds the Freedom Pass, providing free public transport to all older and disabled people in the borough.

Lost and Stolen Passes
If you have a freedom pass and this pass has been lost or stolen you will need to contact the Freedom Pass helpline on 0845 275 7054 or 020 7934 9633. If you have lost your pass the call taker will ask details of where and when you lost your pass and if you have a lost property number from the police for this, if your pass has been stolen they will ask you for a crime reference number. If you have had more than 3 passes issued in a rolling 12 month period, on the third application for a pass it will be sent to the borough for processing and you may be asked to attend an interview before the pass is given to you. Please note that replacement passes are issued at the discretion of each borough.
For further details about the use of your pass, please visit the Freedom Pass web site by clicking on the link under Useful Web sites on the right.
Other related services in the borough include Transport for London’s Dial-a-Ride service and National Health Service (NHS) patient transport.
We also support other accessibility-related projects including DisabledGo. The aim of DisabledGo is to provide free access information to empower people with disabilities or impaired mobility.
