If you see a parked vehicle which is causing an obstruction or is parked dangerously, you can call our enforcement hotline. The enforcement hotline number is 020 7527 7624. This number is only to request enforcement, all other parking queries should be directed to 020 7527 2000 or simply email us.
Please note: this only refers to vehicles parked on the public highway as we are unable to enforce against vehicles on red routes, private land or housing estates. If you want to report an illegally parked vehicle on a housing estate, please call Homes for Islington's parking contractor on 0870 240 4139.
The council can enforce dropped kerbs that allow access to and from a roadside property or that are part of a pedestrian crossing.
If you have a dropped kerb outside your home and a vehicle is regularly parked across it you can make an enforcement request for us to ticket or remove it. This request needs to be made in writing by sending us an email stating the location and the vehicle in question.
If you want to report an abandoned vehicle or want the council to remove your own car from the street please call 020 7527 2000. For more more information click on the link at the right of this page.
