You can search for Housing Act 2004, Licensing Act 2003 applications and granted licences by entering the premises name, or by selecting a street or licence type.

You can get further information on the types of licences issued under the Licensing Act 2003 by clicking on this link: Types of Licence.

You can get further information on House in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) licences issued under the Housing Act 2004 by clicking on this link: HMO Licences.

The register shows premises licence applications for new licences, and variations to an existing licence, and also all granted premises licences.

Once you have selected a premise you will be able to see the history of applications, and any conditions on current licences.

You can also submit on-line representations if you have any concerns about any of the applications or granted licences you view.
