Application forms for the Licensing Act are now available. Applications for new Personal Licences, Premises Licences and Club Certificates, plus guidance may be viewed, downloaded and printed by selecting their relevant links in the navigation list on the left.
Completed application forms and all relevant accompanying documents should be submitted to the Licensing Service.
Payments can now be made by Debit or Credit cards by telephoning the Licensing team on 020 7527 3031.
