New Residents

New Residents

As a new resident living nearby Emirates Stadium, there are a few things that you'll need to know.

Parking Permits

As a resident of Islington you may purchase a resident parking permit or visitor vouchers, subject to eligibility, that allows you and/or your visitors to park in any residents bay within a controlled parking zone (CPZ).

As a resident living nearby the stadiium, you will also need to request a special road closure access permit, which ensures you have vehicle access to and from your home up to one hour before a match starts.

You will need to contact the parking team to arrange these permits. Click on the link on the right hand side of this page for more information.

How do I find out about fixtures?

These webpages will display when the next match at Arsenal is due to take place. We also recommend you regularly check Arsenal's website by clicking on the link on the right, as this will display any changes to match dates or times.

To receive an email alert on the next match taking place, send a blank email to join-fixtures@list.arsenal.co.uk.

What do I need to know on match days?

In order to safely manage the crowds that visit Emirates Stadium on match days, we need to close some roads and tube stations. We also need to manage the number of cars parking in our streets, so we have introduced controlled parking zones to prioritise parking for residents and businesses. You can download a leaflet which explains how transport is managed on match days by clicking below.

Click on the transport information link on the left hand side of this page for information about road closures, public transport and match day parking.

We are also working hard to manage litter, noise and pollution on match days.  To find out more, click on Streets around Arsenal on the left.

If you would like to make a comment or enquiry online, click on the link for Arsenal Liaison Committee Comments Form on the right under Useful Websites. Alternatively you can call Contact Islington on 020 7527 2000.
