Get Into football and get active!

Islington has a full time Football Development Officer who has a team of coaches that deliver sessions across the borough. The football development team focuses on:

• Providing footballing opportunities to all members of the community
• Using football to break down barriers
• Improving local football facilities
• Delivering coaching courses and associated awards

Current Opportunities

Gunners in Islington offers football opportunities to young girls and boys. Full details of what's on offer in July to September 2011 are in the leaflets at the bottom of this page.

All coaches are qualified to FA Level 1, 2 or 3 standard, have current First Aid and Child Protection qualifications and are CRB checked.
