Yoga Junction
This club offers around 20 classes per week in all forms of yoga, for everyone from babies to pensioners, total beginners to teacher training. Special chair-based classes are held for over 60's and the club runs Saturday workshops and courses, retreats and holidays. Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, Iyengar yoga, pre/post natal and Vini yoga.
