Highbury Jitsu Club

Highbury Jitsu Club teaches practical self-defence and is suitable for anyone, regardless of size, weight or strength. As well as being fun and challenging, it improves balance, coordination and general physical condition.

This club teaches traditional karate to adults and children (from five years). They meet from 5.45pm to 7.30pm, every Monday and Wednesday. The chief instructor is a member of the England National Team, and many junior students are currently in the Junior England Team.
