Landlords' Forum
The Landlords' Forum provides an opportunity for landlords to meet on a quarterly basis with the council.
The forum's basic aims are:
- to promote good quality accommodation in the borough
- to provide an effective arena for landlords and tenants to share their experiences of letting accommodation with each other and with the Council
- to increase awareness of changes in legislation and procedures
- to allow the council to consult landlords on new policies
- to encourage good practice
If you would like to find out more about private rented housing and the services we offer for landlords you are welcome to come to the Landlords' Forum. Minutes from past Forum meetings are available to download at the bottom of this page.
