We actively encourage landlords with five or fewer properties to come to this event, which we believe will provide a useful platform for networking and lively open debate. The aim of the focus group is to better understand Islington landlord issues and to promote good practice within the private sector. Typical issues we aim to address include all the associated problems that small landlords face in managing a small portfolio of properties; to discuss new industry trends, advise on current changes to legislation and Housing Benefit matters.
