As of 1st August 2011, the fees charged at Islington will be:

LLC1: £20 Additional parcel: £1

Con29R: £90  Additional parcel: £20

Enhanced Personal search: £22 (electronic or in person)  

Information Search: £47 (electronic via the council website)

Personal Inspection of The Local Land charges Register under EIR: Free (you will need to book an appointment, make your own notes and no assistance is provided)

Information for Con29R Questions under EIR: Free (Request via e-mail from personal.search@islington.gov.uk. Information will be provided within 20 working days.)

Part 2 (Con29O) questions: £10

Part 3 (your own) questions: £20

Right of Light Registration: £67

Access arrangements

Islington Council has been providing access to the information required to answer Con29 searches since the 6 April 2009. On our online ordering system this search will be noted as an Information Search. The cost for the full data set of Information will be £47.00.

This price has been arrived at following a costing exercise across areas of the Council which provide the required information to complete a Con29 search and a review of efficient working practices.

Please note that the Statutory/free information has not be charged for when arriving at our cost price.
