The fees for 2007-8 (commencing 11 June) are as follows:

• Basic search - £211, made up of:
  • LLC1 - £17
  • LLC1 extra parcel/property-£5
  • Con 29R - £194
  • Con 29R extra parcel - £50
• CON29O questions - £10 each
• Any of your own additional questions - £20 each
• Personal search fees - £11
• Full Personal Search - Personal Search and Con 29 Answers (minimun two day wait as part of personal search appointment system) - £205
• Registering Right of Light Act 1959 certificate - £67
