Funding and Arranging Your Own Care and Support

Many people at some time in their lives need help and support from the council’s adult social services, either for a short time or longer term. We provide a range of services from day care at our day centres to meals in your home. We want to make sure that you or members of your family get more choice and the right services at the right time.

We can provide information, advice and guidance so you can arrange your own care.

We also provide help and services for those who want to be assessed and have their services provided or arranged by the council.
