An application to become an Islington foster carer would be given priority if:
you would like to look after a child or brothers and sisters together
an adult is available to meet a child's needs when a child needs you
you have a spare bedroom or you are interested in babies 0-2 who can share your bedroom or you live in or near to Islington and are willing to bring children to school locally and to their family contact
you would consider offering a permanent foster home to a child over seven years old
you are over 23 and under 65 and fit and active
you are able to speak and write English
currently we are not recruiting foster carers for children under two or solely for unaccompanied minors
