Customer Surveys
What is the customer survey?
The customer survey takes place each year at the Household Reuse and Recycling Centre (HRRC). We use the responses to find out what people like about the centre and ideas to further improve the site.
Results
Some of the selected highlights from the most recent survey are:
- 97% of respondents rated the site excellent or good.
- 53% of respondents said that they thought that the site was better than the previous year.
- Results showed that residents were keen to reuse and recycle even more.
