Area Response Team

Islington Council’s ART (Area Response Team) is a borough wide service which responds to the needs of Islington residents, business and visitors dealing with the effects of low level anti social behaviour within the community to help improve their local environment quality throughout Islington.

The ART team carries out tasks which include:

• removal of fly tip and dump items

• pavement washing

• chewing gum removal for pavement

• litter bin placements and maintenance

• foliage cutting

• fly posting and graffiti removal
