Submit an Online Application

Building Control offers an online application service, the Submit-A-Plan national portal. This can be used for electronic submission of Full Plans and Building Notice applications. You will be able to:

• submit your Full Plans or Building Notice applications electronically
• submit electronic drawings with your application
• submit your application at any time of the day or evening
• track progress of your application at any time
• save time and money on postage and paper copies of plans

Note: when using this service you will be given a unique reference number. Please ensure this number is quoted on all subsequent enquiries.

At this time the facility to pay online is not yet available. It will therefore be necessary to send payment to us by post.
