The Islington Streetbook

The Islington Streetbook

In February 2005, the council published a design manual for Islington's streets. This aims to improve the quality of the street environment and to deliver a coordinated, consistent and clutter-free environment. The Streetbook sets standards for everyone connected with Islington Council who has a responsibility for the borough's streets. These standards will also assist contractors, statutory authorities and other agencies involved in street works throughout the borough.
