The centre provides free, impartial and independent advice on energy saving to householders and small businesses. Individual callers can receive immediate, practical and independent advice on a broad range of issues relating to energy use in home and buildings. The Energy Team is also open to the public during the day to offer similar advice in person.
Areas covered include:
We can also provide talks and presentations on energy saving for local tenants and residents associations, and for community organisations.
The Energy Efficiency Advice Team is part of a national network providing advice on energy saving across the country. In addition to face-to-face and telephone advice, residents can complete a tailor-made energy saving report online at the Energy Saving Trust website.
