Cluster Groups

Cluster groups are made up of groups of settings within a geographical area. They help colleagues to make links with each other in order to help meet the needs of children and families in their area. They also provide opportunities to share and develop good practice together. Some changes have been made this year to the organisation and scheduling of the cluster groups. In the past, cluster meetings have usually been held each term, but this year clusters will be paired in the autumn term to look at the EYFS document.

The number of meetings has been reduced in order to provide the EYFST team with more time to support settings through INSET. Some Children’s Centres are also inviting groups from their cluster to attend their INSET days, please contact one of the EYFST members of staff for more details.
