Booking a Course

How to Book

If you would like to attend one of our courses, please complete the booking form, have it signed by your manager, and return it by fax or post. We will send a letter confirming your place ahead of the training date.

If you do not receive confirmation, please call our bookings administrator on 020 7527 5953, to check that a place has been secured. This will avoid any disappointment or charges. Download a copy of the booking form at the bottom of this page.

Cancellation Fee

If you are unable to attend a course, you must inform our administrator on 020 7527 5953, at least 24 hours beforehand. A cancellation fee of £50 will be charged for anyone who does not inform us. It is the responsibility of the person who booked the course to ensure that the participants attend. Download a copy of the cancellation form at the bottom of this page.

Receipts will be sent for all payments received by cheque.
