Play Centres

Play Centres are open to children aged 5-11 and are run at the end of the school days in primary schools. They offer plenty of fun and excitement and a number of activities are on offer including drama, music, crafts, trips and outings. In fact, whatever you would like to do, you can discuss it with a playworker, who will help you set it up. Playcentres also offer children a range of educational opportunities for example records of achievement, participating in the children's parliament and Listen Up projects.

Opening Times:

Term time: 3.30pm – 6pm
Holiday time standard day: 9am – 5.30pm
Holiday time extended day: 8am – 6pm 

There is a charge for attending Play Centre:

• Term time standard: £7 per night / £30 per week (paid in advance)
• Term time concessionary: £1.50 per night or £7.50 per week
• Holiday time standard: £95 per week
• Holiday time concessionary: £40 per week
• Holiday extended day: £130 per week (includes breakfast)

Working Families Tax Credit:
