You can use either a debit or credit card for most payments. For some payments you may only use a debit card. As you click on a link to make a payment, it will tell you if you can only pay using a debit card.

Once you have decided to make a payment, you should work through each page until you have completed the transaction. If you do not type anything for several minutes, you will be 'timed out' and for security reasons all the details you have entered so far will be cleared.
Once you have entered your details for a payment, you can select to proceed to checkout to enter the detials of your billing card, which will be checked and authorised. This is a secure website and it will not be possible for any unauthorised person to access details of your payment.
If you have entered an email address within your details, then an email confirmation of your payment will be sent to this address.
If your payment has not been successful, your account balance will go back to how it was before your tried to make the payment and you will need to re-enter the payment.
You should use the navigation buttons on the iPay pages, not your browser navigation buttons (such as the back or home buttons)
