A voluntary society for local residents which aims to improve the quality of urban life in the borough.

Campaigns on local planning, transport and conservation issues. Society also makes an annual award for the best new or restored buildings in the borough.

    Who is this service for?

    Annual subscription is £8 for an individual, £10 for couple/family, £20 for corporate/business.

    Produces an annual report and a regular newsletter. Also free leaflets on 6 local trails. Has published a book on 20th Century Buildings of Islington (£14.99) and the Story of Day Flats In and Around Islington (£5).
