Corporate Strategy: Service and Financial Plan 2007-10

This documents sets out our long term vision of ‘One Islington’ and the strategy and plans for achieving this vision over the next three years, in partnership with partners and organisations who provide services for the people of Islington. It also sets out the progress we have made over the last twelve months and details new targets to be achieved over the next three years.

Corporate Strategy: Annual Finance and Performance Report 2007

This report presents information on how Islington Council spent its money in 2006/07 and how it performed against a set of statutory Best Value Performance Indicators (BVPIs).

After this is published in June there are internal and external reviews of the 2006/07 result. Any changes made as a result of these audits can be seen in the addendum document below.

Audit Commission report on the Performance Plan

The Audit Commission is statutorily required to audit our Best Value Performance Plan, and that it has been prepared and published according to official guidelines. Our BVPP is our Corporate Strategy, and the Audit Commission letter reflects that this audit has been done.
