On Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 February, work was carried out to fit energy-saving and cost-efficient equipment in our main council building, 222 Upper Street.
For the work to take place, the power was turned off between 8pm on Saturday 6 February and 4pm on Sunday 7 February. Some of the interactive and transaction services on our website were affected during this time, but they are now running normally. In addition to this, online parking services were unavailable between 4.30am and 7.30am on Saturday.
Our customer agents will not have received emails sent while the power was off until Monday 8 February, so you may experience a delayed response if you emailed us over the weekend.
