Every resident receives some sort of service from the council, so it’s only fair that everyone contributes. Anyone who doesn’t pay their bill will face legal action and will have to pay extra costs on top of the outstanding council tax amount. If someone still refuses to pay following legal action, we have the right to take further action, such as calling in bailiffs to seize goods for the amount that’s owed.
