Islington's dads now have a new way to spend time learning and playing with their young sons and daughters.<br><br>Kate Greenaway Nursery in Kings Cross launched their first ever Dads' Group on Saturday 4 October in response to unmet demand for fun activities for fathers and their under 5s.<br><br>The Dads' Group will now meet on the first Saturday of each month between 10am and 12pm. As part of the programme fathers and male carers are encouraged to read, cycle and cook healthy food with their children. And it's all FREE!<br><br>Cllr Ursula Woolley, Islington Council's Executive Member for Children and Young People said: "The Dad's Group is a great opportunity for fathers to get together as a group with their children and in a children's centre which on other days of the week can be a bit more crowded out.<br><br>"I know most men love spending time with their children when they're little - when they actually get the time and space to do it.
