These youngsters show they're in buoyant mood as they join Cllr Ruth Polling during the ProActive Islington Festival of Sports and Cycling. <br><br>The bouncy castle was among a host of free activities enjoyed by 13,000 visitors to the event at the Emirates Stadium, including climbing walls, fencing, basketball, penalty shoot-outs and crazy golf. <br><br>Cllr Ruth Polling, Islington Council's Executive Member for Leisure and Equalities, said: "This festival was a celebration of local enthusiasm for a whole range of sports – and it was great fun. <br><br>"Anything that gets people more interested in staying fit and healthy is a step in the right direction." <br><br>Visitors were also treated to displays of local talent, including stunt bike riders who wowed the crowds with 360 degree somersaults at the event, on Saturday 21st June. <br><br>Arsenal players Justin Hoyte and Lianne Sanderson also dropped into the event. <br><br>The festival marked the close of National Bike Week, which encourages people across the country to use their bicycles more often.<br><br>ENDS <br><br>For more information please call Chris Weeks on 020 7527 3032 or 07825 098804 <br><br>PICTURE: Youngsters Angel Chewnise-Smith and Henry Smith join Cllr Ruth Polling for a bounce at the ProActive Islington Festival of Sports and Cycling
