Islington Council's South Library will close for refurbishment at 8pm on Thursday 5 April and will reopen on Monday 14 May. <br><br>The library, which recently celebrated its 90th birthday, will be getting a welcome makeover, with new lighting, a fresh lick of paint and new carpets. <br><br>South Library is the third of library in the borough to benefit from a refurbishment.
