Islington Council is calling on residents who don't exercise enough to join one of Islington Council's health walks this spring.<br><br>Cllr Lucy Watt, Executive Member for Environment, Islington Council said:<br><br>"You can see so much more on foot - and it's a great way for all the community to keep fit. Now that spring is here there's no excuse not to get out and enjoy the borough.<br><br>"These easy, guided walks take you round our green spaces and through areas of local historical and social interest.<br><br>"Why not finish your walk with a trip to a local cafe or shop?"<br><br>Everyone is welcome on the walks, particularly older people. The walks are led by qualified leaders and are free. This spring eight walks will explore the parks and green spaces in the Finsbury Park area.
