Baguettes and saucissons, brie and garlic and lots more continental treats will be on sale when a French market comes to the Nag's Head, N7, this weekend (9-11 March 2007).<br><br>Look out for fine French food including freshly made crepes, garlic, olives, jams, mustards, pastries and other food stuffs. <br><br>Shoppers can also find pottery and ceramics, perfumes, leather goods, clothes and other handicrafts. <br><br>The market runs each day on Friday 9 March, Saturday 10 March and Sunday 11 March and is open from 9am to 6pm daily.<br> <br>The market is the idea of the Nag's Head Town Centre Management Group with support from Islington Council. <br><br>Cllr Terry Stacy, Executive Member for Housing and Communities said: "Nag's Head has a brighter future with recent successes banishing envirocriminals, addressing safety concerns and plans to improve the area's appearance and facilities." <br><br>"This weekend's market promises to bring fine produce and new shoppers to Nag's Head - and that's good news for existing traders too."<br><br>"Themed markets have proved popular in other parts of the borough bringing new life to established trading areas such as Exmouth Market and Whitecross Street."<br><br>Ends
