Mayor is will be attending 1230-1330 <br>where: Highbury Fields (top grass area by cafe/tennis courts/nursery between Baalbec Rd, Church Path and Highbury Grove).<br><br>Islington Council is holding it's first Road Safety Day on on Highbury Fields to raise awareness of road safety issues. <br><br>Lots of activities are planned including:<br><br>drink drive simulator<br>seatbelt safety sledge<br>children's road safety role-play<br>cycle stunts<br>bouncy castle<br>facepainting<br>street entertainers<br>non-amplified live music (junk percussion and string trio)<br>puppet show<br>London Safety Camera partnership interactive van<br>non-alcoholic cocktail bar <br>council road safety marquee with road safety information <br><br>The council is working with Safer Neighbourhoods Police team, Transport for London, Children's Traffic Club, London Safety Camera Partnership, St John's Ambulance, Traffic Police, Living Streets and RoadPeace. <br><br>ends<br>
