Consultation Dates: 20 June 2007 to 21 June 2007
The conference theme, on the 20 June 2007, was Delivering Islington's Prevention of Homelessness Strategy. We invited a wide range of stakeholders to attend the conference and exchange ideas.
The invited speakers were: Mark Meehan from Communities and Local Government, who spoke about the national perspective on prevention of homelessness, and Sean McLaughlin from Islington Council who outlined Islington's prevention of homelessness strategy.
The speakers were followed by a number of workshops during which the participants had the opportunity to discuss issues around the prevention of homelessness in Islington.
