Highbury New Park 20mph Zone
Consultation Dates: 5 January 2005 to 4 February 2005
Raised zebra crossing are proposed to improve access to Highbury Quandrant school. Speed cushions will be introduced where are bus routes and routes favoured by emergency services. Asphalt speed tables will be used in mos other roads not used by buses. Raised entry treatments are proposed at he entry points of the boundary. The "consultation area" indicates those residents and businesses that were consulted with regard to the scheme.

The target group was residents and businesses in Mildmay and Highbury East.
