Please be aware that a range of Council services are currently based at the Municipal Offices. General public access is available to the reception area of Contact Islington on the ground floor and is the first point of contact for enquiries regarding other services at this location. Full details regarding the contact centre are below.

The Green Living Centre is also located on the ground floor of this building to the right of the reception area.

Getting there
By bus: 4, 19, 30, 43
By tube: Highbury and Islington Station
By train: Via Silverlink to Highbury and Islington Station
By road: The front entrance to the building is on Upper Street, with limited on-street parking available within 50m

Pedestrian approach:
The front entrance of the building faces the Union Chapel in Upper Street.

Parking:
Short term parking is available outside the entrance. It should be noted that there are three steps up from the road onto the pavement. People with mobility difficulties are recommended to park in Upper Street, just prior to Islington Park Street, (heading towards Highbury Corner), where the route is relatively flat. However, parking is not permitted after 1pm on the north-bound side of Upper Street; this is strictly enforced. Alternatively there are pay and display bays available in Laycock Street, which are free for Blue Badge holders and without time limit. 

Drop off point:
For people with mobility difficulties, the nearest accessible drop-off point will be in Laycock Street. 

Level / ramped access:
There is level access into the building.

Reception:
The reception desk is immediately in front of the entrance to the building.

Toilets:
There is an accessible toilet, ask at the reception resk.
