Contact Islington

Contact Islington is the main port of call for council-related queries, and can be contacted on 020 7527 2000. The service remains open for much of the festive holiday season, closing only on 25 and 26 December, 1 January, and Sundays as normal. Other opening hours are:

24 December: 8am-5pm
25-28 December: closed
29-31 December: 9am-5pm
1 January: closed
2 January: 9am-1pm
4 January: Normal working hours

Cemeteries

Cemeteries will be open every day over Christmas and New Year, although the office will be closed from 25-28 December and 1-3 January.

Islington and St Pancras Cemetery
25 December 10am-2pm, 26 December 9am-4pm

Hampstead Cemetery
25 December 10am-2pm, 26 December 9am-4pm

Trent Park Cemetery
25 December 10am-4pm, 26 December 9am-4pm

Children's Social Care Services

The office will be closed from 25 to 28 December and 1 January. There is an Emergency Duty Team available from 5pm-9am, Monday to Friday and 24 hours a day at weekends and bank holidays, including Christmas. You can contact them on 020 7226 0992 or email islington.linkline@islington.gov.uk.
