Assembly Hall

An extensive restoration of Islington’s historic Assembly Hall, located next to the Town Hall on Upper Street was completed in December 2009 – with the hall being transformed into a contemporary, prestigious and accessible venue that has something for everyone.

The hall was officially reopened on Friday 5 March to coincides with the 80^th anniversary of when the hall original opened its doors. It is now the perfect venue for weddings, civil partnerships, conferences, exhibitions and a whole host of other community events.
