Islington Council owns a variety of commercial premises in the borough including offices and shops. The rent from these premises is used to provide services to the local community.

All the council’s commercial property is managed by an external property consultancy called Cushman and Wakefield LLP. They have a strong record in this field and hold contracts with several authorities in the capital as well as other public and private sector clients.

Already a Business Tenant?

If you are already a commercial tenant of the council, you will have an assigned Cushman and Wakefield LLP surveyor who manages your tenancy. The surveyor is responsible for any issues or enquiries relating to existing leases.
